Thank you for considering ACME Auctions to sell your items! The first step is to let us know what you have, and there are two ways you can reach out to us.

Give David a call at 1-516-360-2829 for an initial discussion about your items. If nobody is in at the moment, please leave a message.
Email Us
Email us a short description of what you have and if possible, attached photos. You can email us at beepbeep@acmeauctions.com. Please include your phone number and name. You can also let us know if you want to sell outright or prefer to auction.
Evaluation
Your property will be evaluated for authenticity and an estimate as to what you can expect at auction will be given to you. This estimate will be based on comparable recent auction sales and other market factors. This is a complimentary service.
Consignment Agreement
If you are satisfied with our evaluation, you will review a consignment agreement with our auction coordinator which will explain the date of auction, terms of consignment, and consignment fee.
What Happens Next
Your property will be held and insured by ACME Auctions, photographed, described, and put online for public review prior to our auction.
We do not charge consignors any insurance fee, nor do we charge for photography or shipping fees resulting from the sale of your item.
We will contact you regarding any updates prior to auction, and you are always welcome to call or email with additional questions.
Important: When consigning, your property must be in the condition in which you would like it presented. We highly recommend that you contact us before doing any restoration — improper restoration can sometimes be more of a detriment than no restoration at all.
If you wish us to prepare your item by repairing, restoring, or cleaning, there will be an additional workshop fee which you will be apprised of in advance.
Auction & Payment
Your property will be presented for auction on the agreed date. ACME Auctions is currently an "online only" auction house — we sell exclusively through our online auction platform.
Upon the successful sale of your property, payment is issued generally within thirty (30) days. Payment by check is mailed from ACME Auctions unless you have made prior arrangements with the auction house.
